Can a plane fly around the earth in less than 24 hous?
czwartek, listopad 12th, 2009I was wondering because it would be awesome. It would be awesome because if you could fly around Earth in 24 hours, you could have constant sunlight.

Is it physically possible for a plane to be flown up, up, up, and eventually be in space? Hypothetically speaking, if someone was flying a learjet and has a spacesuit on with oxygen in the tank, would they be able to fly up and into space? Or would there be some kind of invisible barrier that just keeps them from exiting the atmosphere and entering space?
